Inclement Weather Policy

The goal of the Friends of Sycamore Shoals Historic Area is to put on the best performance of “Liberty! The Saga of Sycamore Shoals” every night. But, sometimes the weather doesn’t always cooperate. There are various scenarios regarding our weather policy.

1) If we complete Act 1 and then cancel the remainder of the performance due to weather conditions, we will consider it a complete show and no refunds will be issued.

2) If we cancel prior to the performance or before the completion of Act 1:

a. All tickets purchased with credit / debit cards will be refunded. If you wish to attend another night, you will need to purchase tickets for the night you wish to attend.

b. If you purchase tickets at the ticketing table and pay with cash, you will be offered a printed ticket receipt.

A check will be mailed to you.

OR

ii. You can attend another night by presenting your printed ticket receipt to the ticketing table on the future night you plan to attend. Arrive early as seating is limited and is first-come first-serve.
